The Ravenscroft

Ravenscroft Hall is an intimate 200 seat concert hall that showcases world-renowned and Grammy Award-winning artists featured in some of the finest Jazz performances in the Phoenix metro area. The project also features a state-of-the-art recording studio with four isolation rooms and best-in-class outboard historic analog equipment. Jazz Bird Lounge is also featured on the Ravenscroft campus and is considered the leading club for jazz performances by the best-in-class regional artists. Scope included architectural programming, planning, design, construction documents, specifications management of build and commissioning for all AV systems, building energy management, surveillance, access control, and active acoustic systems.
